Required: ? Bachelor?s Degree in these recommended areas: organizational development, business, education, human resources, health or other related fields . ? Three (3) years of experience in organizational development, effectiveness, cultural adaptation, performance management or similar healthcare related experience. ? Knowledge of management and leadership development, training development and execution, career pathing, measurement tools, engagement and succession planning. ? Experience in project management, management education, facilitation, instructional design or organization development consulting. ? Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with demonstrated presentation skills. ? Ability to create credibility with senior management and effectively implement interventions. ? Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. ? Demonstrated capabilities in developing and leveraging organizational development metrics and measures of success to guide effectiveness. ? Experience with process improvement, employee engagement, service excellence, and organizational culture building.
Preferred: ? Master?s Degree in organizational development or business. ? Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in organizational development or organizational effectiveness. ? Experience in healthcare or service industry. ? Experience applying organizational development proven practices contributing to high performing teams, increasing leadership acumen and management success. ? Advanced Excel/Access/PowerPoint skills.
